Your dashboard
The dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It gives you a portfolio-wide snapshot: headline counts, financial positions, activity and a map of your sites. Which cards appear depends on the modules your organisation has switched on.
Summary cards
The top row shows headline counts for your whole organisation. Every card is clickable — click it (or focus it with the keyboard and press Enter) to jump straight to the page behind the number.

Financial cards (Block Management)
If your organisation uses Block Management, a second row shows your money position. Amounts are penny-exact and match the pages they link to.

Issues and work orders (Facilities Management)
If your organisation uses Facilities Management, you also see cards for open and in-progress issues and active and completed work orders. These link to the Issues and Work Orders reports under Reporting.
Charts
Block Management organisations see four charts:
- Debtors Overview (30 days): invoices raised vs payments received.
- Creditors Overview (30 days): supplier invoices received vs payments made.
- Cash Flow: twelve months of income vs expenses.
- Arrears Aging: outstanding arrears grouped by age (0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days).
All organisations see the Tickets Overview donut and the maintenance and compliance summaries. Charts resize with your screen, so they stay inside their cards on smaller displays.
Activity sidebar and map
On the right (or below the main content on smaller screens) you'll find Recent Activity — the latest invoices and tickets — and Upcoming Events. At the bottom of the page, the Portfolio Map plots every site; click a marker and choose View Site to open it.
