The compliance matrix

The compliance matrix is the same dashboard described in Maintenance and compliance: the compliance matrix. It is presented here as an entry point for the FM workflow.

For FM customers, the matrix typically includes:

• Statutory inspections (gas, electrical, fire, water hygiene, asbestos, PAT testing, lifts).
• Insurance-related inspections.
• Health and safety inspections.
• Building-specific compliance under bespoke service agreements.
