Communications
PropLink replaces a stack of email tools, a list of templates in a shared drive and a dozen one-off WhatsApp messages with a single communications layer. Every message, sent or received, links back to the record it relates to so you can show the audit trail.

Email templates
Every transactional email PropLink sends, invitation, invoice, payment receipt, statement, arrears letter, runs through an editable template. You can:
- Edit the wording.
- Insert variables that pull from the record being sent (
{{leaseholder_name}},{{amount_due}},{{site_name}}). - Brand with your logo and colours.
- Version templates so a change does not retroactively rewrite a sent email's content in the audit log.

The communications log
Every email PropLink sends is recorded with the recipient, subject, body, send time and delivery status. The log lives under Communications → Log and on each record's history.
Useful for proving you sent an arrears letter on the date the lease requires, or that a Section 20 notice reached every leaseholder.
