Organisation settings

Open Settings → Organisation settings for the controls that affect every part of PropLink.

Company details

  • Trading name.
  • Registered name.
  • Companies House number.
  • VAT registration number.
  • Registered office address.

These appear on PDF invoices, statements and notices.

Branding

  • Logo (recommended 512 x 512 px, transparent PNG).
  • Primary brand colour (used for buttons and accents in ResidencePort).
  • Email header colour.
  • Email footer text.

Changes apply immediately to new emails and PDFs. Previously sent emails keep their original branding.

Financial year

  • Year-end month and day — for example 31 March.
  • Currency — defaults to GBP.

Changing the financial year after transactions have posted is possible but has reporting consequences. Speak to your accountant first.

Locale

  • Language (default English (United Kingdom)).
  • Date format (default dd/mm/yyyy).
  • Number format (default UK).
  • Week starts (default Monday).

Subdomain

The URL slug your organisation uses for PropLink admin and ResidencePort. Set at organisation creation. To change it, contact PropLink support.

Modules

Turn Block Management, Facilities Management, Building Safety or Lettings on or off. See Turn on the modules you need.

Subscription and billing

  • Current plan.
  • Renewal date.
  • Number of active sites and units.
  • Billing contact and payment method.
  • Invoice history.

Branches and divisions

Larger firms can configure branches under Settings → Organisation → Branches. Each branch:

  • Has its own brand assets if it operates under a separate trading name.
  • Scopes users to a branch by default.
  • Groups sites under a branch for reporting.

Branches do not break the multi-tenancy boundary; everyone in the organisation can still see each other's data if their role allows.
