Compliance status

The compliance status report is the printable version of the compliance matrix (see The compliance matrix).

What it shows

A grid of sites and compliance obligations:

• Green — completed within the cycle.
• Amber — due in the next 30 days.
• Red — overdue.
• Grey — not applicable to this site.

Each cell shows the date last completed and the date next due.

Run the report

1. Open Reporting → Operational → Compliance status.
2. Pick the as-at date.
3. Filter by estate, by category, by status.
4. Run.

Drilling in

Click any cell to see the underlying maintenance event, the latest certificate and the responsible contractor.

Use cases

• Audit prep — the report demonstrates compliance to RICS, Propertymark or an external auditor.
• Insurer renewals — insurers ask for evidence of fire risk assessments, gas safety and the like.
• Board reporting — directors need quarterly assurance.
• Tribunal evidence — proves contemporaneous compliance status at a specific date.

Run this report monthly. Schedule it to your auditor and to senior management under Reporting → Schedule.
