Service agreements

For FM customers, typical agreements include:

• Cleaning (daily or weekly).
• Lift maintenance (monthly).
• Fire alarm monitoring (continuous).
• Pest control (quarterly).
• Window cleaning (quarterly).
• Grounds maintenance.
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance.
