Reporting
PropLink ships with a library of pre-built reports covering finance, operations, compliance and vendor performance. Reports run live against the data, there is no nightly batch, so the trial balance you produce at 16:00 includes the receipt you posted at 15:59.
The two families
- Financial reports
- Trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, general ledger detail, unit statements, budget certificates, aged debtors and creditors, the service charge year-end pack and the VAT report.
- Operational reports
- Portfolio summary, site performance, compliance status, work order analytics, issue tracking, vendor performance and the dashboards each role sees.
In this section
The pages walk each report in turn. For property managers the most-used reports are the unit statement, the aged debtors report, the service charge year-end pack and the compliance status dashboard. For accountants it is the trial balance, the P&L, the balance sheet and the VAT report.
How to run a report
- Open Reporting in the sidebar.
- Pick the report.
- Set the filters, period, scope (site, estate, portfolio), break-down (per site, per ledger account, per unit).
- Click Run.
- View on screen, export to Excel/CSV/PDF, or schedule for regular delivery.
