My organisation isn't on the login screen

Symptom

After entering your email and password on login.proplinkcloud.com, the list of organisations does not include the one you expect.

Cause

  • The email you signed in with is not linked to that organisation.
  • Your account at that organisation has been deactivated.
  • The organisation's subscription has lapsed and the organisation has been suspended.

Fix

    1. Confirm with the organisation's administrator that your email is linked.
    2. If you have several email addresses, sign in with each to see if the organisation appears under one of them.
    3. If the organisation is missing for everyone in the firm, the subscription may have lapsed — check with billing.

Prevent it next time

  • Use a single primary email for PropLink access wherever possible.
  • Keep an eye on subscription renewal emails.
