My organisation isn't on the login screen
Symptom
After entering your email and password on login.proplinkcloud.com, the list of organisations does not include the one you expect.
Cause
- The email you signed in with is not linked to that organisation.
- Your account at that organisation has been deactivated.
- The organisation's subscription has lapsed and the organisation has been suspended.
Fix
- Confirm with the organisation's administrator that your email is linked.
- If you have several email addresses, sign in with each to see if the organisation appears under one of them.
- If the organisation is missing for everyone in the firm, the subscription may have lapsed — check with billing.
Prevent it next time
- Use a single primary email for PropLink access wherever possible.
- Keep an eye on subscription renewal emails.
