A site is missing from my sidebar

Symptom

A site you previously had access to is not in the sites list.

Cause

• Your access scope has been narrowed. An administrator may have changed your scope to a specific set of sites.
• The site has been archived. Archived sites do not appear in default lists.
• The site has been moved to a different estate that you do not have access to.
• You are signed in to the wrong organisation.

Fix

1. Confirm your access scope under Profile → Access.
2. Toggle Show archived on the sites list.
3. Ask an administrator if the site still belongs to your scope.
4. Confirm you are on the right organisation subdomain.

Prevent it next time

• When site scopes are reorganised, ask administrators to communicate changes.
