What PropLink is

PropLink is one platform for the entire building. Accounting, compliance, maintenance and resident engagement run on shared data so the same site, the same contractor, the same leaseholder appear once and only once across every workflow.

That is the design goal. Day to day, that means:

• A managing agent runs the year-end service charge accounts on the same data the resident sees in their statement on ResidencePort.
• A facilities team schedules a fire-door inspection that flows straight into the contractor's ContractorPort form, and the certificate they upload appears on the site's golden thread.
• The directors of a residents' management company see the same arrears report the agent does, refreshed in real time.

What problem PropLink solves

Most UK property managers use three or four different systems: an accounting package, a maintenance app, a CRM, a document store. None of them talk to each other. Data is keyed twice. Spreadsheets glue everything together.

PropLink replaces that stack. There is one record for each site, each unit, each contact, each invoice, each work order. Every interface, admin, portal, mobile, reads and writes the same record.

What PropLink is not

PropLink is deliberately not:

• An accounting package for businesses that have nothing to do with property. It is built for property management, with service charges, ground rent, freeholder payouts and the rest already modelled.
• A property listing or marketing site. PropLink is for running buildings you already have under management.
• A CRM for chasing leads. The contact directory holds people you already work with.

• A double-entry general ledger with audit-grade trails.
• A multi-tenant database where your organisation's data is hard-isolated from anyone else's.
• A role-based permissions model.
• A workflow engine for repeatable processes like arrears and maintenance.
• Integrations with GoCardless, Stripe, SendGrid and Mapbox.
• Document storage with folder structures, file expiry tracking and bulk import/export.
