Your account

Your account page is where you control how you sign in and what PropLink sends you. Open it from the profile menu in the top right.

Profile

The basics:

  • Name (first and last).
  • Email address — also your sign-in identifier.
  • Profile photo.
  • Job title.
  • Mobile number (for SMS notifications if enabled).
  • Time zone.
  • Locale (date and number format).

Changes save immediately. Your name and photo appear on tickets, audit logs and the user directory.

Password

    1. Open Profile → Security → Change password.
    2. Enter your current password.
    3. Enter the new password twice.
    4. Save.

PropLink requires at least 12 characters with a mix of letters and numbers. Stronger is better; consider a passphrase from a password manager.

If you forget your password, the sign-in page has a Forgot password link that emails you a reset.

Two-factor authentication

PropLink uses OTP (one-time password) as the second factor. Configure it under Profile → Security → Two-factor authentication:

  • Email OTP — a six-digit code sent to your email at each sign-in. The default.
  • Authenticator app — pair Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy or any TOTP app with the QR code on the page.
  • Backup codes — generate ten one-time backup codes in case you lose your authenticator.

Two-factor is required for every PropLink user. It cannot be disabled.

Personal access tokens

For programmatic API access (when the developer site launches), generate a token under Profile → Security → Personal access tokens. Tokens carry the same permissions as your account.

Devices

PropLink lists every device currently signed in to your account:

  • Browser fingerprint or app version.
  • Operating system.
  • Last active.
  • IP address.

Revoke any device you do not recognise from this page; the device is signed out immediately.

Sign in to multiple organisations

If your email has access to several organisations, click the organisation switcher at the top of the profile page. Each tab in your browser stays on the organisation it was opened against.

Notifications

See Notification preferences for the full set.

Sign out

Click Sign out in the profile menu. PropLink ends your session on this device. Other devices remain signed in unless you also revoke them.

Delete your account

You cannot self-delete a PropLink user account because audit logs depend on it. An organisation administrator can deactivate you, after which your record persists in the audit log but you can no longer sign in.
