Site performance

The site performance report is the detailed view for one site. Use it for monthly client meetings, quarterly board reports and annual reviews.

What it covers

The report has five sections:

Headline figures

• Bank balance.
• Net debtor balance.
• Reserve fund balance.
• Net surplus or deficit for the period.

Income vs budget

• Budgeted income for the year.
• Actual income to date.
• Variance.

Expenditure vs budget

• Budget by category.
• Actual spend by category.
• Variance per line.

Operational metrics

• Open issues, closed issues this period.
• Open work orders, closed work orders this period.
• Average time to resolve.
• Top three vendors used.
• Compliance status.

Resident metrics

• Total residents.
• Number with active ResidencePort access.
• Tickets opened, tickets closed.
• SLA hit rate.

Run the report

1. Open the site and click Reports → Site performance.
2. Pick the period.
3. Pick a comparison period for the previous quarter or year.
4. Run.

Variance commentary

PropLink highlights variances over a configurable threshold (default 10%) and provides a note field for the property manager to explain each one. The notes appear on the final report.

PDF with full branding for client packs. Most agents schedule this report monthly and send it to client directors automatically.
